Do I have to sign a long-term contract?



No, you don't have to sign a long-term contract. You'll be charged monthly or yearly depending on your preference and you can cancel or change plans anytime. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.



Can I change plans at any time?



Yes, definitely. You will receive a receipt which gives you prorated credit for any unused time and begins billing on the new plan.



Can I cancel any time?



Yes. Once you cancel your account, you'll be responsible for charges already incurred, but you won't be charged again.



Do I get a refund?



Yes. We do have a 20-day money back guarantee. Just send us an email at support@fluentu.com within 20 days from the date that you are charged, and you get a full refund.



Why is there a charge on my credit card statement that says "Foreign Transaction Fee"?



We are a Hong Kong based corporation, and if you are in the US, some credit card companies add an extra charge ranging from 1% to 3% (on top of the regular credit card processing fees which we pay). They charge this money despite the fact that there is no currency conversion involved. This money goes directly to your credit card company.
