  • How do I cancel or downgrade my account to Free?
    Note that there's a different way of cancelling a paid subscription depending on where you're subscribed (website, Google Play, or App Store). If you subscribed on the website, you can cancel on the website on your computer. First, go to your account settings by clicking "More" in the left Panel and then click on "Settings".   • How do I delete/deactivate my account?
    To permanently delete your account, go to your account settings. You'll find them by clicking on "More" "Settings" in the left panel. And then click on "deactivate account."   • Can I download videos to watch offline?
    It's not possible to download the videos themselves for watching because it violates the YouTube Terms of Service. Our videos are available for streaming only. Nevertheless, on the website, you can download a PDF transcript of each video or audio with translations for study offline. You can hover over words to see their translation. Clicking on them opens up a window with more info.  The Ready for Review and My Vocab sections allow you to review words you've learned.  You will sometimes see a tooltip that gives you helpful tips on using the site.  You also have access to quizzes and personalized flashcards.
