How do I change the language that my student is learning?
The language on your student's account is set when he or she creates the account, and cannot be changed afterwards. To change the language, you should delete their account, and recreate it with the new language.

How does the free trial work?
The free trial is available to all new users (that is, if you've never had a FluentU account before). All you have to do is choose the plan you'd like to try and register as you normally would. We do require a payment method to sign up, but rest assured we won't charge you if you cancel at least one day before your trial ends. What is an administrator teacher account?
If you sign up for a FluentU teacher account by yourself, it is automatically an administrator account. If someone else creates a FluentU teacher account for you and invites you by email, then you do not have an administrator account. The person who invited you would be the person who has the administrator account. Only administrator accounts are able to upgrade the account or to add other teachers.
