  • How does the free trial work?
    The free trial is available to all new users (that is, if you've never had a FluentU account before). All you have to do is choose the plan you'd like to try and register as you normally would. We do require a payment method to sign up, but rest assured we won't charge you if you cancel at least one day before your trial ends. The subscription will continue unless you unsubscribe before the end of your trial. You can downgrade or deactivate at least one day before a subscription period ePopular
  • Do you have a family or group plan?
    We do have a group account designed for classroom settings. You must buy a minimum of ten licenses. For pricing, see our pricing page. Click the "School or Group" tab. The more students you add, the lower the cost per individual license. This Academic Plus account is great for use by homeschool classes, companies looking for a learning solution for their employees, as well as in formal classroom settings.   • Can I study more than one language with one account?
    One subscription gives you access to all languages (so you can learn more than one language at once).  You can change your language settings in More>SettingsLanguage You can go back and forth as much as you like. FluentU will keep track of your progress for each language.Few readers
  • Account types
    On FluentU, there are three account types: Regular, Teacher, and Student. A Regular Account is for individual users who are using FluentU on their own. A Teacher Account is for teachers who are using FluentU to teach their class. Each teacher account can create and manage student accounts. A teacher account has in-depth tracking and assessment tools that can be used with the student accounts. A Student Account is for students who are using FluentU with a teacher.   • Is there a student discount?
    Right now we don't offer a student discount. But we'll consider this in any future special offers we decide to provide.Few readers
  • Can I suspend my account?
    It is not possible to suspend your account. However, you can downgrade to our Free plan for as long as you need, and your progress will be saved for you.  Once you upgrade, you can pick up right where you left off.Few readers
