Troubleshooting the Netflix Chrome Extension for FluentU

If the Netflix Chrome Extension for FluentU isn't working as expected, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve common issues.

Please take note that you need an active Netflix and FluentU subscription.
The Netflix extension will not work on iPad.

Steps to Troubleshoot



1. Reload the Netflix Page

How to Reload:

Alternatively, press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac).

2. Disable Other Chrome Extensions

How to Disable Extensions:
