  • How to start using FluentU on the website and the iOS app for Teachers and Students
    We recommend you sign up for a Teacher account on the website. If you sign up on the iOS app, you'll only have the option of choosing a Regular account. If you have already signed up on the iOS app, you can deactivate your account on the website and start a new Teacher account. Go to Settings, then scroll to the bottom to "Deactivate account".     If you sign up for a FluentU teacher account by yourself, it is automatically an administrator account. If someone else creates a FluentU teacher account for you and invites you by email, then you do not have an administrator account.     If you'd like to adjust the language or level settings of your account at any point, you can easily change your original settings.     If your student can't log in, here's how you can reset their password: Click "Students" on the left-hand menu. Select the correct class from the pull-down menu. Select the white box to the left of the student's name, which will put a blue checkmark in the box. Click the "Actions" pull-down menu and select "Reset password."     Not only can you view progress on videos you've assigned, but you can see your students' progress on any videos they've watched or learned.   • How do I delete a class?
    You can easily delete unwanted classes.  Go to "Classes" under "School" in the left navigation menu. Check the class you want to delete.  Choose Delete in the Actions dropdown menu.  Click "Apply" Please note that deleting classes may delete all of the students associated with that class, and their progress in that class.   • Can I change the language and difficulty of a class?
    Class languages and difficulties can't be changed at this time.  However, you can create a new class with a different language/difficulty and add your students to that one.Few readers

    For our school accounts, we carefully select our content to ensure that all the material is appropriate for students. If our editors miss something that you think should be removed, please let us know and we will remove it.Few readers
